Rani Mukherjee Ready to be an Item Girl

No One Killed Jessica may not have added another feather to her filmography, but it did prove that there’s a lot to come from Rani Mukherjee. Not the one to be written off, Rani is now learnt to be game for item songs.

The word is that she is being considered for a sizzling item in director Sajid Khan’s Housefull 2. Rani neither denies nor confirms the news, but does admit that she’s open to doing item songs as she hasn’t done any in her career so far.

Rani says she likes the energy and verve of the items songs. And given the fact that she’s a trained Odissi dancer who can do the Bollywood jig even in her half sleep, she sees no reason to be aversive towards item numbers.
