Mission Impossible 4 is in India but without the hero Tom Cruise. Those who have seen “Tom Cruise” on the streets of South Mumbai may feel disappointed because it was not the star but his body double who is shooting for Mission Impossible 4 here in Mumbai.

Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol the fourth part of the hit Mission: Impossible franchise also features our very own Mr. India Anil Kapoor in a pivotal role. This movie is his second major international project after Slumdog Millionaire. But why is the film being shot in India that too without its main actors?

Yes the sequences required both the actors but instead of shooting in India, Tom Cruise and Anil Kapoor have reportedly shot for the sequences in Dubai and Vancouver. Their parts will be spliced in later with the portions shot in India. As a daily reports, on Sunday, the body double of Tom Cruise and a girl were spotted driving a specially designed BMW SS01 for the film through the bylanes of Bora Bazar which is situated opposite CST railway station.
