Katrina Kaif escapes a Shark Scare

Playing a diving instructor in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara wasn’t as easy as Katrina Kaif had thought. For sure, she hadn’t anticipated an unnerving encounter with a shark.

Before the film’s shoot, Katrina underwent training in deep sea diving the Otter’s Club in Bandra. The training not just involved control over breathing, but also the ability to manoeuvre oneself at depths. Katrina claims that she practiced so well at Otter’s that she could even sit down at the bottom of the deep pool.

But...but...but...when the lady faced the endless ocean during the actual shoot of the film, she was indeed a bundle of nerves. Reports say that while giving the shot, Katrina dived into the ocean and just then a shark passed by her. The lady did not notice the danger but the crew overhead began gesticulating to give her a warning. However, Katrina just swam around, took a dive and emerged after some time.
