The international singing sensation had missed out on touring India last year. But she made sure that she doesn’t miss this opportunity the second time.

Lady Gaga's manager Troy Carter said that Gaga wants to expand her fan base. And it would rather be the best time for her to tour around the world considering the fact that her latest album ‘Born This Way’ has just released in May.
