Kanishtha Dhankhar is Miss India World 2011

This Mumbai-based model won hearts with her brains at the Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2011 beauty pageant held on Thursday night at Mehboob Studios in Mumbai. Kanishtha Dhankhar, who is not new to the modeling and has walked the ramp for some of the best designers in India, became Miss India World 2011 piping beauties Ankita Shorey who was crowned Miss India International 2011( first runner-up) and Hasleen Kaur - Miss India Earth 2011 (second runner-up).
Both Kanishtha and Ankita are from Mumbai while Hasleen is from Delhi.

The judges for the contest included the lovely Prachi Desai, stunning Kangana Ranaut, Fardeen Khan, Dino Morea, fashion designer Ritu Kumar, Leander Paes, director Tarun Mansukhani, producer Sajid Nadiadwala and Shiamak Davar.
